Meet my firstborn fur child: Noodles—a 20lb goldendoodle with more fluff than sense and the emotional range of a cartoon character. He came into our lives at just the right time, our very own pandemic baby. While the world was locked down (and later, while we adjusted to life with a brand new human baby), Noodles took it upon himself to be our household’s Chief Distraction Officer—equal parts chaos and cuddles.
One of Noodles’ most magical talents? The Sploot.
It’s the cutest pose with legs stretched out and belly flat on the floor. I love the dramatic “I’m over it” vibe—but turns out, splooting is actually a totally normal and comfy way for pups to stretch and cool off.
Anyways, here’s some sploots worth sharing! I hope it puts a smile on your face!
